License Certification and Non-Licensure Certification allows licensees and interested parties to request certification of a state license or the lack of one. The request requires a $25 processing fee except as noted below.

Nursing (RN & LPN)
License Verification for Florida licensed nurses is through NURSYS.
Doctors (MD & OD)
Verification for Florida licensed medical doctors and osteopathic physicians is through VeriDoc.
All Other Professions*
*Exceptions: RNs, LPNs, medical doctors and osteopathic physicians.
Licensure by Mail
*Exceptions: RNs, LPNs, medical doctors and osteopathic physicians.
Request a License Certification by mail with a form and cashier’s check or money order for $25 for each certification requested, if required.
Non-Licensure by Mail
Request a Non-Licensure Certification by mail with a form and cashier’s check or money order for $25 for each request. Results in a confirmation that a license does not exist in Florida.
Pharmacy Intern Hours
Licensed pharmacists or pharmacists intern who need intern hours transferred to another state.
